🚚 ESCAPER Shipping Policy

At ESCAPER, we want your order to reach you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Every product is packed with care, shipped through trusted partners, and delivered to your doorstep with reliability in mind.

 

🕒 Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

📦 Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: 5–15 business days across India (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

Urgent Delivery: If you need your order quickly, let us know in advance so we can prioritize. If not informed, delays cannot be considered for cancellations.

 

💰 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Available on prepaid orders of ₹699 & above (within most locations in India).

Standard Shipping Fee: Applied to orders below ₹699.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a flat fee of ₹120 per order.

If your order value is below the free shipping limit, both shipping + COD charges will apply.

 

👉 Some remote areas (including Northeast India or outskirts) may attract additional shipping charges. Customers will be contacted if this applies.

 

🔒 Packaging & Safety

All ESCAPER products are securely packed to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items are wrapped with bubble wrap and protective layers so they reach you in perfect condition.

 

🌍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India, including remote and Northeast regions.

International Shipping: At present, ESCAPER ships only within India. Overseas customers can choose an Indian delivery address and manage forwarding independently.

 

⚠️ Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, some delays may occur due to courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Late delivery concerns are considered only after 15 days from the date of placing the order.

This policy does not apply to natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events.
