2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. Simply click the link or visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID to see real-time updates.

3. How long will delivery take?

We usually deliver orders within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Metro cities: Faster delivery

Remote areas: May take a little longer

4. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

6. My tracking shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

7. How can I cancel my order?

👉 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — but you may apply for a return or exchange once it’s delivered.

 

8. When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.

After approval, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 working days (depending on your bank/payment gateway).
