At ESCAPER, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every order is packed with care and checked before dispatch. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to resolve it quickly and fairly.
The refund request will be processed within 3–5 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s timelines.

We accept returns/exchanges only if:

The product has a manufacturing defect, malfunction, or quality issue.

The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, covers, and labels intact.
✅ After verification, we will arrange a pickup from your address.
✅ Refunds are processed back to your original payment method or as store credit (your choice).

To cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Orders placed before 12 PM are usually shipped the same day; later orders ship the next working day.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can hold, cancel, or modify it.
